We had the best time. My 9 year old son and 8 year old daughter loved, loved, loved this wonderful movie. It was so true to Dr. Suess, I was very proud of the filmakers. Steve Carell and Jim Carrey could not have been more perfect for these roles. One funny moment, when the sour kangaroo dropped the dandelion over the hot oil, a little girl three rows behind us screamed, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" and scared the dickens out of the whole theater. She was okay and we all had a bonding moment over it. My kids thought that was cool!

I found the movie to be really cute. My preschoolers also loved it.I wasn't crazy about the council men calling the mayor a "boob", this seemed un-necessary in an otherwise very clean movie. I applaud Disney for an otherwise clean - truley rated "G" movie! (They seem hard to come by these days!)Worth the money, and fun for the whole family.
