Airs 8 p.m. (ET/PT), Friday, February 1, Disney ChannelThe animated comedy series makes its premiere with step-brothers Phineas and Ferb setting out to become one-hit wonders by penning a hit tune which they perform on the show Super American Pop Teen Idol Star.

"Nick News" Black History Month Series
Begins 9 p.m. (ET/PT), Sunday, Feb. 3Nickelodeon will celebrate Black History Month with four special episodes of the Emmy and Peabody Award-winning Nick News airing every Sunday evening throught February. The episodes will explore relevant black history topics as slavery, the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr., and the importance of Black History Month. TEENick stars JJ ("Just Jordan"), Raven Goodwin ("Just Jordan"), Devon Werkheiser ("Ned's Declassified"), Miranda Cosgrove ("iCarly"), and Victoria Justice ("Zoey 101") will introduce each episode of the series.

"The Mr. Men Show" Series Premiere
Debuts 9 a.m. (ET/PT), Monday, February 4, Cartoon NetworkThe popular book characters — Mr. Messy, Little Miss Chatterbox, Mr. Happy, and others — are coming to television in this new animated sketch comedy series. Yes, you read that right: "The Mr. Men Show" will be the first animated sketch comedy show geared toward kids. With a blend of verbal wisecracks and slapstick moments, the fast-paced program will take kids to Dillydale, home to 25 zany personalities (Little Miss Whoops and Mr. Lazy are a couple more) to whom kids can surely relate.

"Ni Hao, Kai-lan" Series Premiere
Debuts 11 a.m. (ET/PT), Thursday, February 7, Nick Jr.Premiering the first day of the Chinese New Year, "Ni Hao, Kai-lan" will introduce preschoolers to Chinese culture and language with this new animated series. With stories focused on a 5-year-old Chinese-American girl named Kai-lan and her family and friends, the series hopes to teach 2-5 year olds Mandarin words and phrases, something never before done on television.

"A Charlie Brown Valentine"
Airs 8 p.m. (ET/PT), Saturday, Feb. 9, ABCIn this classic Peanuts installment, Charlie Brown sees all his romantic wishes come true. Yeah, right. Once again, Charlie's having trouble approaching his hoped-for valentine, the little red-haired girl. But really, Charlie's sad-sack moments make his few successes that much sweeter.

"Yo Gabba Gabba" Valentine's Day Special
Airs 11:30 a.m. (ET/PT), Thursday, Feb. 14, Nick Jr.In this love-themed episode, the Gabba gang will sing "I Love You," "I Love Flowers," and "Be Nice to Everyone," and learn that it's okay to love things like flowers, balloons, birds, animals and each other. The song "Keep Trying" encourages the characters to try their best. The Postmarks perform and Mark Mothersbaugh shows viewers how to draw an elephant in his "Mark's Magic Pictures" segment.
"Supernanny" Premiere
Premieres 9 p.m. (ET/PT) Jan. 20, ABCPop star Wendy Wilson and her husband, Dan Knutson, will make history as the first celebrity parents to enlist "Supernanny" Jo Frost's help. Wendy, formerly part of the multi-platinum trio Wilson Phillips, is now a stay-at-home mom trying to do the best job possible raising four sons. As the daughter of Beach Boys' Brian Wilson, Wendy was raised in a house with few boundaries boundaries, and is often a pushover with her rambunctious toddlers, Leo, 4 and Beau, 3. Husband Dan, a former rock singer, is used to parents establishing clear-cut rules and a strict schedule. Having had twins Willem and Jesse just six weeks prior to filming, Wendy and Dan are exhausted, overextended, and realize that their current parenting style won't work. Enter Supernanny.
