Family Time: Bridge to Terabithia

I have watched this movie three times, after watching it the first time I went out and bought it. I think it is one of the best movies Disney ever created! It portrays just exactally what some families really act like, instead of making it like a fairy tale family, the way this generation of kids are being brought up, most kids are this disrespectful. As far as the father in this movie, this is exactally how alot of fathers do treat their children, I personally know quite a few. I did'nt see anything offensive in this movie that you don't see in every day life, it was a great movie even for children, no matter what other people might think. At least it was'nt full of sex which seems to be exceptable to many parents for their children to watch.Tnanks! Excelent Movie!!!

We watched this movie last night and I'm sorry I thought this was a horrible movie. The parents treated the boy horrible, his only "friend" ends up passing away. Sure it made me cry...but this was not a movie to watch for a happy family evening. It actually left me feelingvery weird, the husband walked out in the middle of it because it was slow and boring, and the son hated it.

Be careful, this movie may be too sad for sensitive children. My 7 year old daughter was devastated. She woke up the next morning and cried for hours. I feel like she lost some of her innocence after seeing this movie. I wish I had known what was going to happen, I may have waited to let her see it.
