The Great Green Challenge
Here's My Great Green Idea!
After moving into our home in 2004 we discovered several areas of improvement in the efficiency of our home could be made. We have replaced all of the original single pane windows with High Efficiency ones and replaced the entire HVAC system with a system which was the most energy efficient model available at the time. Both helped us to realize heating/cooling bills which have actually reduced even with the increases in energy costs! Definitely a green story for our family...
