The Great Green Challenge
Here's My Great Green Idea!
We live in Texas where it is hot. To help the environment we do not use the central air that came with our house. We have a unit in the master bedroom. We mounted our big screen TV in the bedroom and put two recliners in there. We hang out in the bedroom all summer. It is good for the environment and it costs only $200 a month to run the window unit. It is like staying in a hotel room for the summer - like we are on vacation -instead of using the whole house. Go Green!
