- I always use pilsbury Cake mix. Follow mixing directions. Frosting is a buttercreme
Make 4 tiers. Freeze overnight. Make buttercream frosting, and tint slighty yellow Frosting cake: Step 1. Frost bottom layer smooth on top, with basket weave fencing around the sides. Place next largest cake on top. Repeat step 1, for all 4 tiers. The silk flowers were various colors, with the main color being forest green. Place the flowers in the fron of the bride and groom as a blanket drapped in the front.
