Great Cake Contest

This is a cake I made for a friends daughter on her 3rd birthday.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

• *your favorite homemade cake recipe.
• *one batch of fondant
• *gel food coloring in red, black, and green
• *black food coloring pen
• *royal icing
• *homemade buttercream

1. Make a 9*13 cake and a cake in half a Wilton ball pan.

2. Cover each cake with a layer of buttercream. Cover the half ball pan with a layer of red fondant. Add spots and other deco with black fondant and black royal icing. Cut a large leaf shape out of green fondant. And use food color pen to draw on the veins of the leaf.

3. Place the leaf on top of the 9*13, then place the ladybug cake on top of the leaf.
