- RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

- Cake mix, 1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil and 3 eggs. Buttercream frosting. Wilton paste food colors.
Make according to box directions. Cover neck area with white stars. Cover rest of shirt with stars in color of choice. Make rim of basket and ball. Add strings of basket. Write name and year.
