Doing well on the sweets today! It's 1:23 and I haven't had anything sugar related! Can anyone tell me a replacement for chocolate?

It's been a month and I've have been at the gym everyday except on weekends I feel great!! I've never felt this motivated and it's something I feel really good about.

I go to weigh in today. Plan on getting out more with the dogs and kids. If I am lucky I trick my husband into going with me. lol.
