It's been a month and I've have been at the gym everyday except on weekends I feel great!! I've never felt this motivated and it's something I feel really good about.

I go to weigh in today. Plan on getting out more with the dogs and kids. If I am lucky I trick my husband into going with me. lol.

Ive been trying to walk whenever I can, but we've been having some weird weather this year. Lots of wind! Havent gained any weight but havent lost any either!
