I've never been married but when my son's father and i where together i think we take each other for grated. I think lots of people take each other for granted!

When you're upset with your spouse or fighting, don't go to your family to vent! We have always followed this advice and it works wonders for us!

Don't be in such a hurry to collect furniture and 'things' for your home. Buy them together and get what you want. Then each piece will be a treasure and not just 'there' because it was needed.
