You're already doing most everything right when it comes to nutrition and fitness. Keep in mind that besides looking stunning in a swimsuit, dropping pounds can significantly improve your overall health -- and help you keep up with your kids! So focus on your weight-loss goal as a positive experience, and have a good time experimenting with new foods, new exercises -- and soon enough, new clothes. "Let the guilt go, it's not anything shameful," she says. "Just go to your next meal. You can make it up real quick."
