Has anyone done the Christmas Party? My In Laws bought us tickets for the party for while we are down there? Just wondering what to expect, I'm imagining it will be very crowded, but it is Disney, so I can't imagine the crowd will detract from the party too much!

We did the Cristmas party one year. It was extremely crowded. It was fun, but there was so much that we could not see. I would not do it again.

We did this awhile ago. It can be a little crowded but it's a lot of fun. Take time to enjoy the parade - it's a special one just for the party.
I remember getting to ride Goofy's Barnstormer 4 times in a row thought because no one was back there. It's a small roller coaster but doing it 4 times was enough.One thing, take that day to hang out at the hotel or do something different so you can rest for the night time fun.

I am planning to go to the party in early December. I haven't been to this before and I hear mixed comments about the crowd levels. I've heard it can be very crowded and I've heard not so much. I suppose it depends when you go. I plan to try it this year and hopefully won't be disappointed.

We went 2 years ago and loved it! It was really cold, in the low 40's, and really set the tone as the fake snow was falling on Main St. The free hot chocolate and cookies really hit the spot! We didn't do any attractions, just stayed on Main St and watched the parade. The kids got to sit on Santa's lap. We are leaving in 18 days to go back and we are doing the Christmas Party again. This time we will try to do the attractions. Can't wait!!!

It sounds like you had a great time. I guess if there's any good time to have cold weather in Disney World it's when you're headed to the Christmas Party. Have a great time and take lots of pictures!!
