This was our first trip to Downtown Disney and I absolutely loved it. It was like walking through an open-air mall that was ALL Disney. My favorite thing about it is that it had big-size figurines of the characters. They have a Buzz, Donald & Daisy, Mickey & Minnie, Pooh & Friends, etc. which is great especially if you couldn't find a character inside the park.
The Christmas Shop and the $10 store are both on the Marketplace side of Downtown Disney, kinda close to the Toy Store.

I wasn't aware there was a Christmas store at Downtown Disney...where is it located?! I'm so excited about this!!

Hi ffroves02. The Christmas store is diagonally across from the Rainforest Cafe. Also, if yoiu take use Disney transportation, you will wald right past it goint to the DTD bus terminal.

Hi ggroves02. The Christmas store is diagonally across from the Rainforest Cafe. Also, if you use Disney transportation, you will waldk right past it goint to the DTD bus terminal.

If you are a chocolate lover, you have to visit the Ghirardelli® Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop. The Cirque de Soleil show was awesome. I also love the Christmas shop. I just read that they have something new there. It is a hot air balloon that ascends up 400 feet, and you can see around the World. I personally am afraid of being up that high, but the view must be spectacular.

The view from the balloon has got to be amazing! I'm definitely putting that on my To Do list for my next WDW visit.

Mickey's Mart (Everything Ten Dollars and Under) is located on the Marketplace side of Downtown Disney.
