What is your absolute favorite restaurant at the WDW Resort. We LOVE Ohana. The family atmosphere and crazy great food can't be beat. Plus the hula teacher and fireworks over Magic Kingdom...WOW! I know others out there have to have this passion for their favorite haunts please share your great dining experiences. We have three! I can't post pics, my computer won't connect to the internet, sorry!
Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom with Pooh bear & Friends is a lot of fun. The food is great, they have things for the kids, and the adults.
1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian - Breakfast or Dinner The characters change up here, we eaten with lots of different ones over the years. The food is always excellent and the service is top notch! My kids like the choices for food that they like and we like the appealing items for us.
Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary is the all time family fave! We have to go there when we are in WDW! The characters are full of energy and the food is wonderful.
So that's our vote for places to eat.
We have a few favorites we have to hit every time we go.
Then Garden Grill at Epcot. My boys love the characters and the fact that we are rotating overlooking The living with the land attration. My husband loves that he can eat as much grilled steak as he can.
Teppan Edo also at Epcot. The boys love to watch the chefs grill at our table.
This year we went to the Ohana BF breakfast and i'm adding that to our list. The atmosphere is great and so is the food.
We love the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom for the chance to meet Winnie the Pooh and friends and the food is pretty good too.
We also like 'Ohana, just a short monorail ride away. The food is great and there is plenty of action to keep the kids entertained.
We absolutely love Le Cellier, Teppan Edo, and Tutto Italia in Epcot. Yummy!

Victoria & Alberts
A little known secret ... Central Florida's only 5-star/5-Diamond restaurant. At V&A there are 2 options ... regular dinner service (2 seatings per night) and the chefs table (1 table - 3-4 hours - max of 10 people - book well in advance). The cozy little restaurant located in the Grand Floridian seats about 60 people. Each table has its own maid and butler at their beck and call, hence Victoria and Albert. Chef Scott Hunnel creates an innovative feast each day and tailors YOUR menu to your dietary needs and desires. Kids under 10 are not allowed and the dress code requires men in jackets and women in dresses or suits. We dined at the Chef table on our honeymoon and it was an experience I will never forget ...worth every penny of the $400 bill!
Jiko
For the normal fare ... hands down, we enjoy Jiko. The food is amazing and service is impeccable. It is not the usual "kids" place although we do take them.
Chef MIckey's/Cape May Cafe/Crystal Palace/Play and Dine
The kids enjoy Chef Mickey's. We usually save Chef Mickey's for the last day so they can say good bye to Mickey Mouse. Alternatively, the Cape May Cafe Breakfast sports, Minnie, Goofy and now Donald. They are buffets and generally I do not like buffets. I find buffets to have lower quality food and poor service but Disney does breakfast buffets well and the kids a fed quickly and are entertained which is key with two ADD inclined toddlers. Crystal Palace and Play and Dine are good as well for similar reasons but do require park admission and on the last day ... we don't usually go to the parks.
Fast Food
I prefer the food court at the Land Pavilion at EPCOT if we are doing counter service. Much like the ALL Star food courts, there is a lot of variety and not just your average burger and chicken fare.
I have much more to say on this topic but I must get to work .... I will post more later. Feel free to shoot me questions about other restaurants or the ones I have mentioned. We are Disney Foodies!
