Do you think the father should help with raising the child and doing house chores even though he works and the mother stays home?

The traditional role has changed somewhat. Dad doesn't come home, kick up on the couch and watch TV while mom brings his supper anymore. Families are much more a partnership. Having said that, the wife and husband need to work out who will be responsible for what. Most dads today, I believe, WANT to be involved with their children, teaching them, wrestling with them, being involved in shared experiences.

My husband does help with the kids once he is home and he does help around the house as well. He takes out the trash and water the lawn and fixes stuff when needed. He also helps clean his stuff up in our bedroom and bathroom. He loves to play with the kids and I think that's a big help!
