A Father's Point of View and Role

I am curious to know what role in therapies, doctor visits, and in the general upbringing of a special needs child in your life your significant other or husband plays in all that goes into raising your child.

I am really proud of my hubby, he is there whenever time allows it. For therapy, appointments, etc., he just wishes he had more time off from work to do more!

I think a lot of Father's are like that. The priority used to be to bring home a lot of money to pay the bills, but now Dad's are seeing the raising of their children and taking care of the emotional and spiritual needs of their family as being the priority.
