Scrapping Disney Memories

Digital Scrapbookers??
haddenkr - June 21, 2009
Anyone else here a digital scrapbooker? Last summer my husband and I took our 2 oldest grandchildren to Disney World for the first time (hubby too!). I have been working on the scrapbook(s) for a year now and have gotten about half way through! 50 8x8 pages so far!

Sure! Is there a way to attach PDF files or do I convert them to jpg? Sorry, new at this forum stuff :)
By gcpekar1

It looks like the files must be JPG, GIF, or PNG.

I am hooked on digital scrapbooking! I use Storybook Creator2 by Creative Memories. I love the ease and flexibility of the software and cost is great too! I've used many other software for photoshops and nothing compares. I can easily finish 100 pgs within a couple of days, best way to do this however is to stay updated and do a page (or two) as soon as the event is over. That way you are still excited about the photos, and can easily remember small details for journaling. I've also used the software to share photos with my daughters classroom and the teacher and parents love it. They think I am the most creative person... if only they knew how easy it is! But I'll take the credit... the end results are fabulous!

I have been a traditional paper scrapbooker for many years now. I just remodeled one of our bedrooms into a scrapbook room and bought a printer that can accomodate 12 X 12 pages. I decided it was time to try the digital world so I just ordered the Paint Shop software and am going to delve in. We can compare notes as we get e-scrapping. :-)

I took some classes at www.lvsonline.com to learn the program. I highly recommend them!

I'm glad I found this section! I've been wanting to start digital scrapbooking!!! I have pictures from our Disneyland trips, fall colors & family that I've been wanting to put in a scrapbook format, but I don't have a lot of time/room/$$. I'm hoping this will be a great alternative. Then when I want to print them out I can...nice.

Any tips or suggestions are greatly welcomed! When I get started, I'll share. I'm really looking forward to trying this. :-)
