From Disneyland in California to DisneyWorld in Florida, America has some great Amusement Parks. Where have you been and what attractions were the most fun for you and your family. For help in planning trips across America, see http://family.go.com/travel/ Not acceptable?
In the late 1970's I went to King's Island near Cincinnatti. They had a roller coaster that had parallel tracks. It was the Blue Racer and the Red Racer and they both ran at the same time. Some times one would come in "first" and other times the other. They were pretty good Roller Coaters, but part of the fun was looking over and seeing othe peoples terror! :) Not acceptable?
I think one of the best parks I've ever been to is Busch Gardens outside Williamsburg, Va. It had great rides and also divided the park up by European countries (kind of like Epcot). It's awesome! Not acceptable?
we have been to disney world in florida and also taken my sons to hershey park in pa. we live in nj near six flags so we frequent it a lot but i have found that wherever you go you can have fun as a family. we have gone to niagra falls and visited a small 'theme' park (cant remember the name) it was very small but we all had so much fun and it even had a small petting zoo. i think its what YOU make of it..have fun wherever you go. I've been to the Six Flags parks in St. Louis and Dallas, and enjoyed the various shows. I like music and A/C so those venues always were attractive. :) Not acceptable?
So, where is the very best Roller Coaster you've ever ridden? I think Six Flags over Texas has one called the BackFlash. After completing a cycle forwards, it reverses itself and does it backwards. There is nothing like doing a loop backwards! Not acceptable?
Here in Oregon we have Oaks Park. It's like a permanent carnival or fair. We had fun. Most of the ride spun so we had to take our time riding things. They do have one roller coaster that isn't much, but it's fun. Not acceptable?

I have to confess that I don't do Roller Coasters anymore. In fact, my favorite "ride" at these places is the bumper cars. I can REALLY enjoy smashing into others. :) Not acceptable?
We really want to go to Hershey Park. I saw it on the Travel Channel. It looks like it would be fun.

I assume that the Hershey Corporation sponsored the Park. Besides the standard rides, are there any events or attractions that are unusual? Not acceptable?
