Nearly all of us cook with chicken and even our standard tried & true recipes sometimes just seem 'lame'. Please share your family's favorite way to eat chicken and we all benefit!

I like to make oven bbq chicken... I make the bbq sauce with equal amounts of ketchup, brown sugar, and cider vinegar and then pour it over boneless breasts and bake... it's great served with noodles!!

My family LOVES this chicken! It's called Nacho Chicken and you need:

4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups crushed Nacho cheese flavored Doritos (about 60)
2 tablespoons melted butter

Combine first 3 ingredients. Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture. Roll chicken in crushed chips. Place chicken on lightly greased baking sheet. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins. or until done. Yummy!

Your welcome Jen! It would taste great with the spicy Doritos. The chips make a nice crunchy coating. Even my 3 year old LOVES it!

My "famous" chicken recipe goes like this: Take boneless, skinless chicken, (any kind) marinate in Italian dressing. The longer it sits the better it gets. Put in baking dish. Add water to cover bottom of pan. One hour on 350 degrees. Serve over pasta, rice, salad greens, anything you like. You can add anything to it. Diced tomatoes gives it some zing. You can grill it too just check inside temperature and make sure you have aluminum foil on grill. My oldest, likes to eat it cold the next day right out of the fridge!

Thank you! This sounds absolutely yummy and I can freeze it and send it to my son at college. He's already complaining about the food and thanking me for "making" him bring the microwave.

Our favorite way to make chicken is: Preheat oven to 350 Arrange chicken (preferably NOT boneless skinless) in a glass baking dish Bake for 1 hour Drain off excess juice Top with Cream of Mushroom Soup (approx 1 can per 4-6 pieces) Top with sliced Velveeta or similar Return to oven until cheese is melted/bubbly/burnt - not totally, of course Serve over Rice or Mashed Potatoes
