I am always looking for new and different dinner ideas and now that the weather is cooler I have been looking for recipes that will warm us up. Cooler fall evenings just scream out for stews and chili, white and red. I also like to make ham & beans with cornbread. I'll give that chicken and biscuit recipe a try as it sounds delicious.

I too use the red kidney beans but also ate white beans ... and I always serve my chili with warm cornbread ... mmmmm!

I use white beans when I make white chili. I really like white chili, but don't seem to make it nearly as often as regular old chili. I may need to make a bath next week. I agree about the cornbread with the chili. It's a great combination.

I think that some fresh homemade rolls are the best part of soup! There are so many good bread recipes out there. Cornbread is always a good option too. Anything fresh out of the oven makes the meal so much richer and cozier. :) Even grabbing a box of corn muffin mix will do!
