Oh to also add to the rest of my comment, he has been in for the total of nine years and he has been wanting to go back over there, but am nervous and scared if he ever does. But I am backing him up by 100%.
I met my husband on a Naval base in Port Hueneme, Ca. He was in for about 4 yrs and has always been proud to be serving his country. He's a Seabee and his job is a construction mechanic and he's gone into other countries where he's helped build bridges, builings, and also fix some vehicles.
My husband is a disabled Army Ranger. We too make sure to thank vets and service members for their tireless service. Thanks to your husband for his service. Never shall we forget the price of freedom...
First, thanks to all of you for your service. My husband retired after 24 years of service in the Air Force, Reserves and National Guard. When we met, he was based at Luke AFB in Arizona. We never miss an opportunity to thank a service man or woman for what they do to keep us free and safe.
