Running

I just started walking this July. It has inspired me to try to run a 1/2 marathon. I am currently walk/running about 4 miles. Does anyone have any tips on getting my running endurance up?

Oh and if you are interested, check out the training for the Disney's Princess 1/2 Marathon. I am going to load this group as a favorite over there. It is more fun when we all work out together!

Fall is a nice time for being outside. The air is crisp and it is not too humid.
How is winter where you are? I don't think that I can manage running in the cold and snow. I plan on using the treadmill in the winter and try to get out on the more mild days.

Good luck!!

There are a few weeks in the winter I stay in, but usually with a hat and gloves I am good for a couple of miles...
