We Love Our Moms
FamilyHost_Cheryl - May 09, 2009
Let's share those beloved Mother's Day photos here. Show us you and your kids, your kids and their grandma, you and your mom, you and your sisters or aunt. We're appreciating the women in our lives here this week.

My Mom's been gone since 1996, but for Mother's Day, I spent some time at the cemetary and took a pic of the headstone. My cousin had put the "welcome" mat out as a joke; my parents were lots of fun and enjoyed practical jokes, and they were teasing me. What can I say, my cousins are weird. :)

This is a picture of my kids with my grandmother. She is very sick and we are not sure how much longer we will have her presence here on earth. But, I have pictures, especially for my daughter, whom I'm afraid won't be able to grow up with her.

What a sweet picture. I have a picture of my son with my grandmother shortly before she passed. Although he won't remember her, I'm glad we'll have that keepsake of an awesome moment in our family's history.

Here is a picture of the flowers that Kevin gave me. I received them on Friday because he had to work all weekend. I spent Mother's day with the kids and since Mom is recovering from hip surgery she isn't much in picture taking mood!
