Well, this is a lame picture, but...I took it from the piano on stage where I was playing for the easter ensemble. We had a really good program with lots of music and video. I assigned a song called "I will Rise" to one of my really good male soloists. And then behind him on the screen, I showed a video of a chalk line that scrolled right to left drawing the temple where Jesus taught, the Last supper, the garden, the cross, and finally the tomb. At the end, the dark entrace of the tomb slowly turns brighter until is washes out the whole screen. great effect. Anyway, heres part of the group, the grey headed ones. :)

Oh which picture to use! I will use this one....this is my Jonathan setting up the colors at my step mother's. He really has the hang of it now. He wants to know when we can make colors again!

Thanks for sharing your picture and a bit about your Easter ensemble program with us. It sounds like it was very moving.

What a precious smile he has, Michelle. So, are you going to teach him to tie-dye since he loves the colors so much?

Well, I have pictures of coloring eggs, hunting eggs, and kids playing rockband/guitar hero. But, we spent most of our weekend in the hospital, Mom fell and broke her hip, had emergency surgery on Good Friday.

So here are the kids with her in the hospital Easter Afternoon. This is later after everyone is relaxed!

Hey Chelle, I have an easy way to make tie-dye shirts!! Got it off the net. Take a solo cup, rubber band a section of shirt, use sharpie markers, then drops of rubbing alcohol!! Turns out really cool!

Oh sweet! Thanks Carrie! I can't wait to see all four of them wearing these shirts. My older two had them when they were younger and wore them until they were in shreds!
