This is a growing fugus from the Great Smokie Mountains in Cataloochee valley .. I thought it looked pretty!

This is beautiful. Looks like it is cover in snow, I am assuming that is just the color of the fungus. i take shots of mushrooms all of the time. Glad to know I'm not as crazy as I thought I might be!

What an interesting photo. :-) I just got a new digital camera and have been walking around the yard taking pictures just to practice using it. Here is one I took yesterday of my Crepe Mrytle starting to bloom

Thank you very much for the comment. I think sometimes we are all just to busy to see the natural beauty all around us. Yes you should take your camera .. some of my best shots come when I least expect them! Agian thanks!
