Hi ckonepeace! Sorry to hear you're having problems adding new friends. Try this - after you've signed in, click on the name of the member you would like to invite to be your friend. Once that member's profile page appears, click on the "Add as a friend" link located above the member's In The Moment box in the upper right corner of the page. You will be given a pre-written invitation to send, or you can create your own invitation message. After you invite the member to be your friend, check your Messages (the link is near the top right area of the page) for a notice saying that your invitation has been accepted.

It seems that we have the same problem. I do send invitation and no one does reply to me. At some point I thought they didn't me as a friend. I will sent you an invitation and we'll see. If nothing is happening I will contact the User Support team.
