It would depend where I was. I've had that happen. I have 5 daughters,2 foster kids,4 grandchildren, so I understand. They make me so proud most of the time but sometimes I am so embarassed. The foster children and l daughter is grown hence the grandchildren. I feel for you.... depending on where I was, I would suck it up let someone there know ,so it could get cleaned up. I would then bee line it outa if the kid was that sick still or if it got too embarassing! A friend went into a wawa/711 type store & her little boy at the time was 4. It was her first child and he wanted a treat. She told him no so he was upset at her. She went to leave & he was refusing to go with her telling her no. To make a long story short he told a police offer thats not my mom. She was trying to tell the police officer it was her kid & her son kept insisting its not his mom. Well, it worked out in the end but she was so humiliated and frustated. She finally just said ya know what take him and her son confessed! :) My daughter is pretty young & about 3-4yrs ago decided she wanted a pair of high heels, she's a little girl. When I told her no she refused to come with me, I picked her up screaming all the way to the door. I put her down & tried to take her hand. She started saying all kinds of untrue nonsense things because she was upset. The security guards & people all thru the mall were looking at me like I was doing something wrong. I sat outside with her calming her down while security guards watched me, then we left. Also had my 2 other daughters with me who was complaining mom mom geez it's so embarassing! I didn't take her to the mall for a very very very long time! I think I would rather have them get sick & throw up - think the embarassement comes with the territory unfortunately :)

my daughter got sick on a flight from Colombia back to the UK....wow and I used up all her extra clothing....poor thing, it was when she was 4. Thank God I had the umbrella stroller and covered her legs with a plane blanket when we got off.

I had a vomiting nightmare at the grocery store with my 4 year who was 2 at the time. He had gotten into a box of chocolate teddy grahams and obviously had one too many before we got to the store. Well, I had half my cart filled with groceries when the vomiting began and boy did it ever! He must have thrown up 3 or 4 times before I could make it out of that store! I told the clean-up guy I am so sorry! I was so embarrassed!
