The "E" word

Most likely all of us have heard that exercise is good for us. Not only does it help us lose weight, but it can make us feel good as well. Getting the proper amount of exercise can increase our energy and even help our mood. What do you do for exercise? Do you find that it helps your mood as well as your body?

Oh my gosh yes... I run 2 miles a day... well I try, and when I do I indeed have more energy and am in a better mood!

We have a stationary bike in the basement. I try to do it during his afternoon naptime.

I run and swim at least 4 times a week. I find if I don't I have a cloud over my head and I am all sluggish.

I've never been able to consistently get into exercise and like it. I wish I did. I'm pretty sporadic at it and keep thinking that I'll find an activity I love one of these days. In the meantime, I got a kick out of the "exercise pill" that I heard about on the news. No way that will ever be a cure-all.

I so wish I could afford and have the space for an elliptical... it was my favorite thing at the gym!

I saw that as well. I'm always leery of something that sounds that easy.

I walk in the morning, but it's getting a little bit too cool for my comfort, so I'm going to join the walking club at our local shopping mall. They open at 6am just for walkers and it's free of charge so far.

Oh if I go to the mall, I will be shopping! Think of the window shopping you can do!

Unfortunately the stores at the mall I go to don't open until 9am, jennyboots. I'd have a lot of time to spend window shopping, that's for sure!
