Most likely all of us have heard that exercise is good for us. Not only does it help us lose weight, but it can make us feel good as well. Getting the proper amount of exercise can increase our energy and even help our mood. What do you do for exercise? Do you find that it helps your mood as well as your body? Not acceptable?
I've never been able to consistently get into exercise and like it. I wish I did. I'm pretty sporadic at it and keep thinking that I'll find an activity I love one of these days. In the meantime, I got a kick out of the "exercise pill" that I heard about on the news. No way that will ever be a cure-all. Not acceptable?

I saw that as well. I'm always leery of something that sounds that easy. Not acceptable?
I walk in the morning, but it's getting a little bit too cool for my comfort, so I'm going to join the walking club at our local shopping mall. They open at 6am just for walkers and it's free of charge so far. Not acceptable?

Unfortunately the stores at the mall I go to don't open until 9am, jennyboots. I'd have a lot of time to spend window shopping, that's for sure! Not acceptable?
