Summer is a very busy time for most of us, which is why I haven't posted for a few weeks. I've been trying to maintain, and have managed to stay the same weight for three weeks! Now I'm back in losing mode again.
Our total is still 224.3 lbs. If you've lost weight in the last three weeks, feel free to post your total loss here and add it to the total.
Jessica has lost another 6 lbs, and I lost 1, for a total of seven so far for last week.

1/2 lb I gained last week is gone along with another 1/2 lbs. That makes 1 lb for the week.

Who's next?
1/2 lb gain this week - salty Chinese food for lunch yesterday was the culprit. That will be a lesson learned for me and a good reminder to all of us to watch the sodium content of the foods we are eating.
