Ok, so since Jan. 1st. I am 4 pounds lighter than I was on Jan. 1. Hopefully, I'll keep going that way. I started working out again(haven't done a real workout since before I left for Disney World before Thanksgiving) Started using Leslie Sansones Walk at Home~~~ LOVE IT!!!
So, do we "weigh in" every week? Every two weeks?
Bri, CONGRATS on your loss. And thanks to you and Belle for your kind words. Kev is slowly recovering. His heart is doing pretty good, no major exertion though so some things have to wait hmmm. He returns to work tomorrow, Fri, to an easy hospital! We'll see.
I'm trying to keep positive, but this dang low grade temp 100,3 is driving me crazy!!!
Anyway, so far eating well this this week!
