Hi mommyof3-twins! It's great that you found a solution.

Hello Tania! I know my cousin had her last two by section and she went to a gym after three months, with her obstetrician's blessing. She lost 42 pounds with WW as well, and firmed up her abs by doing crunches and walking the treadmill at the gym for three months. Then when her membership expired she got a twin jogging stroller and started running with the last two babies. I'd say it took her about six months to tone up, and she looks great!

Before you do any exercise, make sure you get exercise advice from your health care provider, particularly after major surgery like a C-section. Good luck! Let us know how it's going!
