Thanks! I appreciate the encouragment! I'm focusing on making good food choices this week - exercise is hard because of a relapse of a cold. So, if I can't exercise as much as I'd like I focus more on healthy food choices and watching my total calorie intake. I try to keep a food log - that seems to work the best for me.

I weighed in and lost .5 lb. We had a couple of functions last weekend, so I was happy to lose anything!
How about you?
I just got back from a post-baby doctor's appointment and have lost 23 lbs since the baby was born in June, and 5 lbs since the beginning of September without really trying. I think it's still baby weight that's coming off. I hope to lose another 5 lbs by Christmas.

I was able to not gain any back, but didn't lose any either. But that's ok. This is another week!! Congrats to everyone for their hard work and thanks for their contributions to the site. I enjoy reading everyone's progress...I get encouraged by all your successes...shows me it's really not impossible. This week I need to incorporate more exercise - did all my exercise last week by painting my kitchen and office. But this week I need to get more serious about incorporating real exercise.
