Don't let yourself get worn out during the busy holiday season. Weigh and measure your time the same way you weigh and measure your food. Take activities in small doses. And remember that piece of pie with ice cream (or whatever it is) is not going to revive you.
Are you getting enough sleep over this holiday season? Sleep is very important for weight loss. It's when our metabolism goes into high gear and repairs and renews all of the body's system. So... sweet dreams. :)

1 - ASK your doc for exercise & food plans
2 - DRINK 64 oz of water every day
3 - MOVE around every day, even for a 20 minute walk
4 - VENT when things are tough. Don't eat!
