What works:
1 - ASK your doc for exercise & food plans
2 - DRINK 64 oz of water every day
3 - MOVE around every day, even for a 20 minute walk
4 - VENT when things are tough. Don't eat!
5 - START your own food diary topic, above
6 - PORTION control - use a cup and scale
