1 - ASK your doc for sensible exercise & food plans.
2 - DRINK 64 oz of water every day.
3 - MOVE around every day, even if it's a 10 minute walk.
4 - VENT when things are tough. Don't eat.
5 - START your own food log in our Topics, above.
6 - PORTION control - use your cup and scale.
