I don't know about you, but my twins are very energetic. I have discovered a decent disciplinary method though that seems to work. Instead of spankig or time out, I have them "sit" on the wall. They must rest their backsides against the wall and act like they are sitting in a chair. They don't do this for very long because it makes their little legs hurt, but it certainly gets their attention.

Hi, I have 4 year old twin girls and 20 month old boy/girl twins. For the older girls, I've just started using an incentive chart. So far it is working. The girls have picked a reward they want for earning stickers for their charts 5 days in a row. We started 6 days ago and they both have 6 stickers right now. The charts were started because one of the girls was having notes sent home at least twice a week for inapproriate behavior at school. In order to earn a sticker, they must be good at school with no notes, be helpful at dinner and get ready for bed without procrastinating or whining. I have enjoyed this past week!
