I thought Taylor was sweet about it, and when it initially happened I think Beyonce was very professional and handled it better than I think anyone else would have! She's an amazing woman!

Maybe I'm not the right demographic but I don't quite get the Taylor Swift love. She seemed very giggly and perky but not exactly funny. But I'm sure it got great ratings for SNL since everyone seems to be talking about it.

Maybe I'm not the right demographic but I don't quite get the Taylor Swift love. She seemed very giggly and perky but not exactly funny. But I'm sure it got great ratings for SNL since everyone seems to be talking about it.

She did handle it very well, and I think its the best thing that could have happened to her. Its given her so much recognition I'm sure it has rocketed her career. She should thank Kanye.

The more I see this young lady, the more I am impressed with her! She handles herself with grace and tact, and seems to have a good head on her shoulders! Its refreshing to see a positive role model for young girls out there who doesn't seem to be drawn up in all the celebrity craziness.
I was watching the VMA's and I felt so bad for her, and was so thankful when Beyonce gave up her moment to Taylor.
I just wish the paparazzi would leave her and all the younger stars alone as that adds extra stress they don't need!

It not only got high ratings, but it got the highest ratings for the show so far this season. I'm thinking the reason viewership was up is twofold - the controversy associated with Taylor Swift probably sparked some curiosity, and she's a good performer.

I don't watch SNL; think the man was totally a jerk and Hollywood should have shunned him and sent him home to his momma. A big mouth is a big mouth. Maybe they should send him to live with Carrottop for a month. I don't need to know Taylor Swift to know what he did was wrong. Glad the consensus here was mutual.
