She's growing up

We have been watching our star Hannah grow up right before our eyes. Do you think as Hannah grows up will Miley stay with the character? I know my girls hope so!! Share your thoughts with us here.

I hope Miley will stay with the character for as long as she can. It's a very popular show and she's excellent in the role.

I think we see with child stars that they eventually want to break away from the role that made them famous. I hope that when Miley chooses to do this, she can do it in a way that's respectful to the character and her fans. I'd love to see her transition into an adult - maybe introducing a new character or showing where Hannah's headed as a grown-up.

There is no way that this is a real site with actual parents discussing this subject and not mentioning the inappropriate photos, teen choice awards, and adult boyfriends. Yes, Miley's growing up, but not fast enough. This "role model's" latest boyfriend is a felony waiting to happen. Her "art", as her father calls it, is pole dancing. She's 16 years old. It's clear her parents don't have a clue, but is there no one at the Disney Channel watching this train wreck? I bet Walt Disney is spinning in his grave at the way his life's work of teaching and entertaining children has evolved into pimping out teenaged girls.

"Carpe Nap" is a play on words. One of my favorite movies is "Good Will Hunting." Robin Williams plays a professor whose favorite phrase is "Carpe Diem" which means "Sieze the day." So "Carpe Nap" to me means "Sieze the Nap". I wrote that when Sammy was a newborn because I was sleep deprived and took naps whenever I could. And now that little Luke is here, I am sleep deprived once again. :)
