My daughter is alittle over weight and im a full time working mom anyone have any quick meals that are healthy you would like to share?
Found a commercial-free website with good resources for parents to keep kids from smoking. It is www.keepkidsfromsmoking.com. There are parenting tips and blogs from Active Parenting author, Dr. Michael Popkin plus free brochures and a downloadable kids song. If you have a good site, pls share it
