How do you organize your kitchen plastics so that when you are putting the leftovers away you can find the lid that goes with the container? How do you organize your plastics so they take up as little room as possible?

The have their own big drawer. I had to give up trying to match them since my little one loves to play in them. I find it just as easy to get to them and their lids when I need them so it worked out.

I try to stick with the same brand for all of those storage containers. That way things stack neatly together, and generally in similar shapes so they can be stored within each other.

None of this, of course, means my husband knows how to put it away when he unloads the dishwasher!
