Basic Crepe Recipe
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Cinammon
2 Tblsp melted butter
Mix above ingredients in bowl, melt butter in crepe pan, pour into mixture, stir well.

Use 1/4 cup batter per crepe, pour into crepe pan, twirl the pan to coat the pan with batter and make a paper thin crepe. cook on med heat, when cooked, Flip.
