One of our favorite breakfast treats is Oven Baked French Toast:

We usually make it when we have a crowd for brunch, but sometimes we make it just for ourselves. We top with maple syrup, although my husband likes powdered sugar and cinnamon as well.

Do you make the hollandaise from scratch or use those packets in the supermarket as the base? I've never made it before.

I made the best apple pancakes over the weekend... I had made some pancake batter, added a bit of vanilla, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon... then one grated apple! Served with pure Vermont maple syrup! I can't wait to make them again this weekend!!

Breakfast Burrito smothered in genuine southwest green chile. Sausage, hash browns, cheese, scrambled eggs, onions wrapped in a flour tortilla with smooth green chile poured over the top like a gravy. If you've never had one, you might think it sounds bizarre, but I have a lifelong addiction...one of my very favorite meals! It's making me hungry right now!

That sounds delicious, BroncosDad! With the addition of a few more ingredients, I bet that would make a fun "make your own" on a brunch buffet table! Thanks for sharing that. :)

My husband makes these killer breakfast quesadillas! Scrabbled eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, peppers and onions...you name it it can go inside. My FAVORITE is scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, broccoli and ham. Melt some cheese on top and I prefer rye or pumpernickel toast. Heart attack on a plate but oh so yummy....I just told him last night that's what I want for breakfast on Saturday...LOL

Our family favorite is Crepes! My husband makes the best crepes in the world. I will have to post the recipe in a sep. post because he isn't home and the recipe is in his head!

However, the cream cheese filling from a dessert recipe is what truly makes the crepes so yummy. We mix anything that we put in our crepes with the cream cheese!
Here is a picture of Kev flipping the crepe!
