Whats your Best Time to visit a Disney Theme Park?
MICKEYMOUSKELLINGTON - December 22, 2008
Just curious when people visit the most, i know the holiday season is the best and i know saturday is more populated then sundays and i figure people have 3-5 day weekends which is why i often went mid-end week after work, There was always lines, but i noticed with it rains alot, its a great time to get through everything, other then that, its pretty much packed every single day, which is a good thing, Just wondering if anyone else has a preference on there visit, lol

We like hitting Disney World between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The parks are almost deserted the week after Thanksgiving. Also we travel on Sat. so that we spend Sun. through Thur. at the parks it saves you the hassle of the local weekend crowd as well as distance travelers. Also by going at this time it is always Christmas when we are there;-)

We also liked early Sept. after Labor Day. But man oh man do you need rain gear. It rains crazy downpours every day, a couple times a day. But hey, it's not crowded!

I've been in June a couple of times and this past trip was in Sept. In June it usually takes us 2 -3 days to do everything in MK that we wanted to do. In Sept. we did everything in 1 day without any rain and had time to sit and people watch for about 2 1/2 hours waiting to watch the fireworks.

We have gone to Disney World in late Aug. to Sept. and it was super hot! We went in January and it actually got cold! This last time we went from the day after Thanksgiving until Dec. 6th. The temp was nice for us, it got hot a couple days, rained alot one day and was perfect the rest of the time! As far as crowds, January was the least crowded, Nov/Dec. had days that were crowded and days that seemed dead(for Disney World anyway), August of coarse was packed the whole time!!! Sometime, I would love to try going around Halloween or in the spring!!!

Our favorite time to go to the world is from the day after Thanksgiving into the first week of Dec. The weather is always perfect and there are virtually no crowds. We have never waited for more than 10 mins for a ride. We also love all the christmas decorations. This year we went for Halloween. It was nice too, but holiday time is our favorite

We've been during all times of the year, but my favorite is late September (we're from SC so we're used to the heat and humidity) all the kids are back in school and you walk on every ride. We also like to go when all the Christmas stuff is up... it's sp beautiful :-)

We Like to go in the summer because you can ride all the water rides and not freeze. We have been to Disneyland all four seasons, and I say the summer is most fun also because all the rides are open and not closed for maintance. Standing in lines for the rides are not bad because you get to meet people and chat that makes the lines go faster.

We love October, no rain, about 80 during the day and a nice breezy 65 at night, lines move right along and almost no wait, plus the crowds are small. very nice! plus the bright fall colors at the park look great!

we go in feb. or march. but it seems the last couple of years it has been cold. i go down to get warm so it's a bummer if it's cold. we will go to a park if it rains. we get a poncho and hit the park.
