Where,when and what? ;)

Well, if we are going to come out of the Disney Wardrobe, then we might as well give away some of our secrets. ;)

Where: Walt Disney World
When: 2000-2003
What: Disney Entertainment

It was a wonderful experience. I actually also did Studios Area 3 attractions, and picked up extra hours within Foods and Candlelight. I went from Part time, to Full time to Seasonal. The experience only made me realize more that I really do love the Disney company.

I was a part of the WDW College Program in the Fall of 1995. I was a Jungle Cruise Skipper and loved it. Later on I moved back to the area and became a seasonal cast member and work at the Great Movie Ride.

I love Disney and everything about it. My husband and I were engaged there and we visit at least once a year. We recently became DVC members and are looking forward to taking our daughter there for the first time in 2011.

The skipper always seemed like such a fun job to have. How much improv were you able to do, or was it all scripted?

It was a blast!! We were able to do quite a bit of improv however if we knew a supervisor was around we stuck to the SOP script.

Yes that is so true, you do see a lot of seniors working there. for the most part most cast members are pleasent. we have ran into a few employees that don't show the disney spirit. It's fun to chat with cast members and see where they are from and why they are in FL. at disney working.
