I can't wait to try these! What I have made at home before is where I thinly slice potatoes and lay them on a sookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. I then season them with a little cajun seasoning and I flip them once during the cooking process and add a bit more seasoning. Bake them in the oven at 400 degrees until they are getting crispy.
