At the end it says: "Fill a pastry bag with a small tip. Push tip through bottom of paper liner to fill each cupcake."

It is best to wait until they are completely cooled or they can fall apart.

Yeah I always have a few that fall apart because I didn't wait long enough. I am getting more patient though lol.
