I have a 16 month old! We do crafts all the time... This Fall Season, I printed leaves off the computer then I let her watercolor them & we hung them all over the house. We have colored pumpkins which I also printed off the computer. We made a handprint tree, use brown construction paper to make the trunk. Then I painted her hand & pressed it on white card stock and when it dried I cut them out we put our tree on the back door. She loves that tree. I let her go wild with watercolors too. Next week we are going to paint on poster board w. corn cobs. I heard kiddos love that! Good Luck!
