I a m new to using coupons and just very new to the whole concept within the last 5 or 6 months.
I lived just outside of Washington, D.C. and mom to one child (11 years old). I look every week starting on the weekend at all the local food sales paper and start planning for the week. I do buy the newspaper only on the day the have coupons incorprated with it. I just dicover a couple of online cupon site which will be very valueable.

Welcome to our group! Sounds like you're a coupon vet--I hope you'll share your wisdom and experience with all of us. I think you have some of the new E-coupon options available (I know they're available in the Atlanta area). That can mean additional savings on top of your paper coupons.
