My method is not pretty (see photo) but it works well for me. I have a long accordion folder, and since there weren't enough tabs I use index cards upright to sub-categorize each section. In the very front, I have an envelope for each of the three grocery stores in my area. If I have any store-specific coupons, they go there, and then each week as I go through the weekly ads making a list, I put the matchup coupons in the envelope. Then I only need the envelope and my list when I go to the store.
Not acceptable?
