Each year I make or buy at least one new thing to decorate the inside of the house. This year I want to knit a holiday pillow. Perhaps an afghan, too, if there is time.

Every year all three kids get a new ornament. Something to do with the past year. And then I love the after Christmas sales for extra garland and so on to make something new for the next year!!!

I have never really bought things after Christmas on sale... this may be the year as the deals are so great!

each year i always got an ornament for my boys, now that they are grown i get an ornament for my grandchildren & just like you it is usually something that is about them or that they like. I also get an ornament when we are on vacation each time too.

We always pick up decorations after Christmas, when they're nice and cheap. you can get amazing deals on really nice stuff
