Quiet time, little ones are asleep and i have an hour before bed. Is anyone still awake?

To keep clean under high chairs and under carseats try a heavy duty plastic (they come in a variety of thicknesses) and place under the chairs. It is cheaper than the designer mats and for us they have lasted longer.
